The journey of being in the DMR journal family for the past few years since its inception has been pleasurable and remarkable. I on behalf of the entire DMR assure you that we would serve the scientific community this year with renewed vigor and commitment, to describe this in the words of T. S. Elliot “For last year's words belong to last year's knowledge and next year's words await another voice.”

The access to DMR has been on a constant and consistent rise since our first issue in 2013. The audience as well as the editorial team has grown by leaps and bounds. In addition, we receive submissions from across the wide spectrum of medical, dental, and paramedical specialties showing the fruits of this journal which shows our holistic commitment toward health. As an editor in this journal, I thank all the authors for submitting their valuable research, reviewers for their painstakingly going through the works submitted and providing us with their valuable and essential feedback, and also for the readers for making the hard work relevant. In this era of prevention, I would request one and all to consider contributing the research regarding prevention, and I wish all the readers, authors, reviewers, and the entire team of DMR “A VERY HAPPY AND FRUITFUL NEW YEAR.”
